contradiction & compromise

i like irony, juxtaposition, yes then no, contradiction, & doublesidedness (not sure if that's really a word).
the world is full of this.

maybe i like these things because they force compromise. and i like compromise more than anything else. you give a little, i give a little. it paints such a pretty picture. well, when both sides are willing to budge, i suppose.

tonight liz and i got down with jillian michaels. actually, we've been spending quite a bit of time with jillian michaels since we discovered exercise tv is free.

i then went straight to the kitchen to make this for dinner.

contradictory? maybe a bit (i'm not sure if it's the bacon or the butter that made it so obvious).
but so delicious, and to my defense i used turkey bacon.

there's no resolution to this post tonight, it's just a statement, an illustration.

cheers,
lindsey lou
