jammin'

it's finally strawberry season here in michigan and despite the rain and flooding, delange's redberry farm is in full business!

this afternoon mom and i listened to some ella (as in fitzgerald) and collaborated in the kitchen to make some jam to share with candace and nicole. let's just say that what i have tasted so far is delicious, so i think tomorrow morning i'll have an excellent topping on my toast...jakson woke up in the middle of our project, so he wanted to have in on some of the fun too. i think if we let him he would probably eat a whole quart of berries...but don't worry, Can, we wouldn't let him do that.
